The GELATOSCHOOL FEDERICO II uses highly qualified and authoritative teachers in the ice cream world. The lessons, techniques, practical tests and the secrets of preparing ice cream are the basic elements of our courses. The participants, at the end of the courses, are able to prepare autonomously the desired ice cream.
